The Sharp ZQ-2250 was an electronic personal organiser from Sharp’s ZQ series — the successor to the IQ series that brought improved displays, more memory, and enhanced features to Sharp’s organiser range. Sharp’s ZQ series competed directly with Casio’s organisers and the emerging Palm platform for the personal information management market of the mid-to-late 1990s. These dedicated organisers represented the mature development of the electronic organiser concept before smartphones made carrying a separate PDA unnecessary for most users.
