Summary: Nintendo DSi XL

Key Features

Historical Note & Compatibility

The DSi XL was the final model of the DS ”sub-generation” before the launch of the 3DS. While it plays almost all standard Nintendo DS games and DSi-enhanced titles, it does not have a GBA slot (Slot-2), meaning it cannot play Game Boy Advance cartridges.

Today, it is highly sought after by collectors because of its IPS panels, which are widely considered to offer the best color reproduction and clarity for playing original DS games.
